I got a call from a lawyer named Tom Reynolds from Financial Mediation Group. He was trying to track down my brother for some credit card debit she supposively had from 10 years ago. He was very rude and called myself and my whole family "losers" and several other swear words. After researching Financial Mediation Group I found they are a debit collection agengcy out of Flordia. After trying to call their headquarters I never actually talked to a real person. These people are using scare tactics to try and collect old (and often paid) debt. He yelled and used foul langange and insulted me and my family numerous times.
