Tell them that if you do not receive your full refund that you will turn them in for fraud and the fbi plus receiving your full refund...demand to speak to their supervisor...try to keep your head as best you can and be direct and professional. Once they promise your full refund, remind them that you will be checking your account on a daily basis and if credit isn't received within 10 days, you will begin the ugly task of involving internet fraud and fbi.
