I just read everyones complaints...I cannot believe that they are charging some people every month. Get your bank involved...all of you!! Each and everyone of you should get the needed advice to turn this company in to internet fraud and the fbi. For goodness sakes, if they are taking money from you monthly close that account and open up another one, while you are getting the bank involved. I have been able to reach them at the listed number 866-410-6775, every time. Please get involved and don't give up...that's what they are counting on! 866-410-6775 I am giving them until next Monday, checking my account everyday and I've already told them I will take action against them and that's exactly what I will be doing on Monday if my account isn't refunded. Please, don't give them another month or another penny and get advice from your banker or free consult with a lawyer. I think you can look up Internet Fraud to report them also. 866-410-6775

Keep calling and don't give up; that's what they want you to do!!! Tell them that if you do not receive your full refund that you will turn them in for fraud and the fbi plus receiving your full refund...demand to speak to their supervisor...try to keep your head as best you can and be direct and professional. Once they promise your full refund, remind them that you will be checking your account on a daily basis and if credit isn't received within 10 days, you will begin the ugly task of involving internet fraud and fbi. Good Luck and hang in there...don't let them win!

I am having the same trouble. Called gc weightloss a month ago was told refund would be issued for 68.83 in 5 to 7 busi days. Still nothing. When I call busy or hang up. I reportdd it to my bank. This is the second month they have done this.

The same thing happened to me. The first time I called i got someone and talked to them. Said i would be getting a refund of my money and here I am a whole month later and I have not gotten it yet. Ive been calling for weeks now and i Cant get anyone to pick up the phone its either busy or the line just hangs up.

The gcweightloss took 68.83 off from much account too. I spoke to a lady n she say I was supposed to receive a package. I told that agent 384 that I want my whole return. She also gave me a confirmation # too but it been almost a month. Now I cant reach these sucker.

These scanners are withdrawing 69.00 from my bank account and on my statement it says their company name is GCWEIGHTLOSS and their phone number is 866-410-6775 but when I call to confront these scam artists it just hangs up everytime or it's busy

I just contacted my Credit Card Company and they switched me over to their Fraud Dept. and they are going to send me a form to fill out regarding GCWeightloss charge to my account that they promise to refund but they don't; just a ploy to continue their scam. Once they receive my form they will refund my account and investigate this so called company. So I suggest that everyone contact their Credit Card Company about GCWeightloss. I had already cancelled my card and had them issue me a new one. They will do the same for you and send you a form to fill out regarding the scam. Let the EXPERTS handle this fraudulant company...my charge goes back to December so don't think that you've waited too long...just do it. This company needs to be stopped from creating anymore victims!!! Please don't wait another day...do it now...the sooner the better for everyone! Thanks for taking my advice and doing something proactive for yourself, thus removing yourself from being a victim!
