I just contacted my Credit Card Company and they switched me over to their Fraud Dept. and they are going to send me a form to fill out regarding GCWeightloss charge to my account that they promise to refund but they don't; just a ploy to continue their scam. Once they receive my form they will refund my account and investigate this so called company. So I suggest that everyone contact their Credit Card Company about GCWeightloss. I had already cancelled my card and had them issue me a new one. They will do the same for you and send you a form to fill out regarding the scam. Let the EXPERTS handle this fraudulant company...my charge goes back to December so don't think that you've waited too long...just do it. This company needs to be stopped from creating anymore victims!!! Please don't wait another day...do it now...the sooner the better for everyone! Thanks for taking my advice and doing something proactive for yourself, thus removing yourself from being a victim!
