Probably a "spoofed number." Message was left about a federal student loan. Sounds like a scam to get your SSN. Many have reported receiving the same exact message I received, but referencing different names and numbers including:
Linda Rogers, Lori Robbins, Sarah Reed, Mary Ann Robinson, Betty Thompson, etc.
