I now take great delight in blowing a 120 Decibel soccer referee whistle into the phone when my called ID has the saved name "Fraudulent Charity" shows up. I strongly encourage everyone else to buy a $3-$5 soccer referee whistle (Black plastic pealess) from a sports shop and do the same! Since I've been blowing the whistle in his ear, he's been calling less and less.
