This makes the debt invalid in Washington State from the get go. Also, Blue King is a tribal loan lender and most if not all states consider these loans illegal which means that the loan itself is not collectible. Morally you are only obligated to pay back the principle amount you borrowed. Legally you don't have to pay back anything.
