They say I have a payday loan with Radiant Cash and that I need to pay them immediately. When I ask them to send me something in writing to prove this information they repeat over and over that they have mailed me several letters which I have never received

I just received a phone call as well. Regarding Radiant cash. I did borrow the money, but I could not pay them every two weekes like they wanted me too especially the amount due to family problems. I received an email from Radiant cash about a settlement, and if i wanted the settlement to email. So I did never heard back from radiant Cash and now I receive a call from this # 888-550-3813. They also stated that they mailed me a letter which I never received. I would not give them any information unless you have soemthing in writing. For some reason they can never mail anything out because that is not the way they do business. A bit strange.

Said they were collecting a debt for radiant cash. I gave them my info. But now I am finding out they may be scammers. They havent taken the money out of my account yet and I dont know what to do to stop them

This is an illegal debt collection agency. They are actually licensed in DE under Harvard Business Services. This debt collector is not licensed in most of the states that they attempt to collect in. This makes the debt invalid in Washington State from the get go. Also, Blue King is a tribal loan lender and most if not all states consider these loans illegal which means that the loan itself is not collectible. Morally you are only obligated to pay back the principle amount you borrowed. Legally you don't have to pay back anything.
If you get a call from Parker Fellows and Smith, tell them it is illegal and hang up, then file a complaint with the FTC so we can get them shut down.

I had a loan with Blue King handed over to Parkers Fellows and Smith. I also had a payment plan on a prepaid card. The last payment didn't come out. And the phone number doesn't go through. Not sure if I am supposed to pretend the debt is not existing. How did you ever make out?

hello just curious, was this ever settled for you? did they call back. I had a loan handed over to them and started a payment plan back with this same firm. the reviews hvae me eerie especially since I cant get in contact with them now. Payments supposed to be 6 months. are they legit and just rude or scammers? Even when I looked up my loan info they say it has been handed over to them and to call (877) 340-4573

Caller asked me to verify SS# last 4 and then birthdate...told them I thought it was a scam. They kept asking. We hung up. They said it was to collect a debt...we are up to date on all....so we were suspect.
