I keep getting these calls too. I'm in the process of making a harassing phone call complaint with the Sheriff's Office. I don't owe anybody, only high taxes. I will see if an attorney will take the case. I tried to talk to the person and he was hostile in his tone. I have a cousin that has the first name that lives on my road, which is a dead beat. Too I've made two complaints to the National Do Not Call system to no avail.
