These people are lower than dirt , there is nothing they can do , so just ignore as best as you can ! They do not even know what the statute of limitations are by state , one good lawsuit will break them and its coming ! people do not fear , they are minimum wage earners paid on commission , if they were educated they would not bother you , so don't worry and ignore as best as you can !

I keep getting these calls too. I'm in the process of making a harassing phone call complaint with the Sheriff's Office. I don't owe anybody, only high taxes. I will see if an attorney will take the case. I tried to talk to the person and he was hostile in his tone. I have a cousin that has the first name that lives on my road, which is a dead beat. Too I've made two complaints to the National Do Not Call system to no avail.

I have been getting call at least four to five TIMES a day from this company Receivablesperf. I have tried to call them back and nobody answers. I don't know who they are and the call late at nite early in the morning. I am getting fed up. I want to know who the are and what is it they want.

Sick and tired of getting calls 3-4 times aday for CARLOS........AH....CARLOS must of changed his number and we just happen to be the unlucky people who got his frickn number!!!!!!!!! With this day and age,companys can do a bit of RESEARCH (over the net....not that hard) and verify who's number their REALLY calling.......We have called these jerks back and tried to talk to them but they hung up. Got an annoying call from this number. Woman caller was looking for a "Leticia". I told her "wrong number" and hung up. After a couple of minutes, she was calling me again and this time, looking for a "Marie". I got pissed and told her to remove my number on their list and that I'll file a complaint to the National Do Not Call registry.
