Rude Caller with thick accent, Knew my name and make/model of car. Kept asking what my mileage was. I finally said about 10,000 miles and then was transferred immediately to supervisor named Nancy. I asked again who they were and they said they were in charge of my "coverage". What type coverage I asked, she Said they were in charge of warranties for GMC, Ford, Honda....I said you mean I can take a Toyata to the Chevy place if warranties are all centralized? I asked what are you trying to sell me? I think I frustrated them so much by answering all their questions with a question that they finally hung up on me! Good day that I was in the mood to frustrate at least one telemarketer!
