Rude Caller with thick accent, Knew my name and make/model of car. Kept asking what my mileage was. I finally said about 10,000 miles and then was transferred immediately to supervisor named Nancy. I asked again who they were and they said they were in charge of my "coverage". What type coverage I asked, she Said they were in charge of warranties for GMC, Ford, Honda....I said you mean I can take a Toyata to the Chevy place if warranties are all centralized? I asked what are you trying to sell me? I think I frustrated them so much by answering all their questions with a question that they finally hung up on me! Good day that I was in the mood to frustrate at least one telemarketer!

Claimed they were "Vehicle Processing Center" handling warranties for Volvo. I told him we were on do not call list and asked for the name of the company. He said it was "vehicle processing center." I informed him his company was subject to a fine and he said he was aware, but did not offer additional information. Noise in background sounded like a "boiler room" operation. Person had accent that sounded eastern european or russian. will report to DNC website.

This company claims to be the "Vehicle Processing Center" All employees have an accent. to me it actually sounds as though they are from India.
They will not stop calling, when you tell them your number is on the National do not call list, or to put you on their do not call list, they hang up.
I finally got to talk to a manager. He said his name was Martin, then when I asked for his name later he told me Christian Cornel.
I've been called by multiple numbers. The past 2 days has been constant, nonstop calling.
