Caller had very thick middle eastern accent. Said he was from "windows" to tell me I have a virus. And he is calling to clear it up for me. Asked to speak to supervisor, another man with same accent came on and insisted I just need to turn on my computer and give him the information he asks for while he fixes it.

They only had limited English. Really wanted me to just turn on my computer and tell me the name it is registered to!!
Did not understand me telling them I could not understand their accent just repeated what they wanted me to do.
