Said she had papers to serve me on a case #. Needed my address. I told her I don't give out my address, if she had papers then she has my address. Later in the day found out she called 5 of my family members and told them and she called 4 of my friends. This is pure harassment. these companies have got to be stopped!

This is a marketing company for Merchant Capital Access which does loans against your credit card processing and in my opinion that's the payday advance loan of the business world and a bad idea. I have asked five times or more to be removed but they keep on calling. Here is their information if you want to complain:

I received a call very simliar to the one reported by Joy in May of 2013:
"Got a call from"Ashley" at 954-979-0135 saying the vacation package I purchased 5 years ago, had expired. I now owe $1298, but to keep it from going to "collections" they would settle for $400. First of all, I never bought a "vacation package" for $1298. Second, I'm not paying anybody $400 I don't owe. I told "Ashley" I know this is a scam and she better not call here again or I would call the police. She hung up."
The person who contacted me was Frank Susi, legal processing manager. He gave the number 954-979-0137 for customer service. I finally hung up on him. Then I sent an email to Consumer Protection at the MN Dept of Commerce and to the local police dept.

701-671-8056 is an illegal robocaller. Caller ID shows Wahpeton, North Dakota. The spiel starts off as - Hi, this is Ashley from Card Services, and after careful review your business qualifies for a small business loan. Blah Blah Blah. Reporting the call directly to the FCC.gov website, as well as to the Attorney General's office in Fargo, ND, the closest AG office. Upon hanging up on Ashley, the phone immediately rang again from 501-588-7100, which is also Card Services. Will be reporting that number once again as well.

Please stop calling. We have asked her to stop calling 20 times and she just hangs up. It is pretty bad that I can look up on a google search and this first appears. This is harassment, plain and simple and If you keep calling I will report this to the BBB and make your life miserable just to return the favor that you have caused for thousands. This is your aggressive sales?! Merry Christmas you unethical, free-riding leaches! Get a clue and get a real job!

if you call 855-600-4764 they answer Corporate Travel. I strongly believe they're scammers. I reported to my local police, Fort Lauderdale police Economic Crimes Division, & Federal Trade Commision.
