This number keeps calling and not leaving messages. When called back they said they were debt collecting on my mortgage. I am not behind and when they checked, they confirmed I was not behind and had not issues with any of the payments since I started. Not sure what BOA is doing, why they are harrassing me about an account that is perfect with no issues. Someone needs to be fired for harrassing great customers like me who have had no payment issues ever on my BOA accounts.

My husband received a telephone call for me at home from a man stating that he was with Bank of America and that there was a check for me at this bank from Mega Million Sweepstakes Company. He stated that this bank was the bank for the sweepstake company. He stated that his name was John Lee Peterson and he was the secretary. That I needed to contact them back at 253-719-7598 to claim my check.

I get calls from this number at least 3 times a day. Sometimes they call in the morning, but I have also had calls at 8 or 9 at night. It's so annoying!! If you answer the call it say it's Bank of America selling products or services, but I think it could be any telemarketer.

I've received 2-3 calls a day from this number and they never leave a message. When I called it back, as noted above, it was an automated system representing Bank of America "with special offers and services." I pressed "1" for further questions, and it led to a menu tree to allow you to place your number on their "do not call" list. I did so, and the confirmation said that it would take about 30 days to stop receiving calls. We'll see what happens.

Okay, peeps, it's Bank of America. Call the number back. You'll hear silence and then a 'ding!' Then an automated message stating that you're a B of A customer and they'd like you to be among the first to share in a new product. They state that they're NOT calling because of problems with your existing account. Then they say, If you would like to be removed from our call list, please press 2.
I pressed 2. So hopefully no more calls. Just return the call - no worries - it's just an automated system.
