Told me I was under investigation for online narcotics purchases from online pharmacy. Said he was Dan Martinez from the DEA and I should help him or he would send US Marshall's to my house. He gave me a badge number, and a case number. I started laughing and he got mad and started yelling , he finally hung up when I kept asking him to tell me what I did wrong. All he would say is my name came up in some computer..... This is a real scam.... The number I was called from was 619-534-6383.....

(FAKE) Special Agent David Martinez from the DEA called me from (347) 492-2337, which is a number out of the Brooklyn area, he had a very thick spanish accent, PR/DR maybe. Told me he needed me to call him back for questioning. The Real DEA number obtained from http://www.justice.gov/dea/divisions/nyc/nyc.shtml for the New York Division of the DEA is (212) 337-3900. He wants you to send him money, ITS A SCAM!!!

Person identifying himself as a dea agent accused me of buying drugs online and offered to take a money gram of $944 sent to Dominican Republic to obsolve me. I realized it was a scam after the clerk at wal-mart warned me of it. Thank goodness!

I have been getting these calls for three years. always te threat of arrest, nothing ever happens except they offer to not arrest you if you send $. big B.S. scam. Don't bother calling the real DEA they don't care.

I also got a call from the same number 804-859-2907 but from a different individual posing as a DEA agent. This is a scam where they threat you with a possible arrest on grounds of a supposed association with a drug related activity. This time the guy identified himself as "agent Brian Gonzalez" but mentioned his supervisor was a Larry Bocini or Bacini. I reported this incident to the real DEA and they promised to investigate the whole thing and also told me not to worry because this was surely a telephone scam. I suggest you to report it to your local authorities office (Attorney's office, the FBI or the DEA itself).

I got call at work yesterday from a Leroy Soloman claiming to be with DEA. Gave me his phone number 301-761-3988 ext 7225, badge # AGP294. He left voice message after I had left work. This idiot really expected me to be intimidated and to call him back. Thanks to everyone reporting these extortionists. I will ignore his calls for now.

I just recceived call from the 559-838-0300 number as above. Only he now has a new name with the DEA - identifying himself as OFFICER PENA DEA BADGE 98712. I am assuming this is the same bull s**t as the rest of you folks are receiving. Just wanted to add the new name and badge number he claims to represent.

I received a call from this number last night but had also previously received a call from a similar number so I knew it was a scam. I acted like I was so afraid and since I knew area code 202 is Washington DC, I told him that I was in DC for business and could meet him right away at his office & could bring my attorney with me. He stated that I couldn't do that because what if I brought a gun with me; to which I stated that since I too work for a Federal Government Agency I knew that all Federal Offices have security and cameras 24/7 and that if he were truly a government official he would also know that. He got really mad, yelling at me that I was in trouble, not my attorney and that he refused to speak with my attorney. He hung up on me. It was quite comical to frustrate him to that point. To say this is a scam is an understatement! This man is genuinely crazy, stupid & was totally harrassing me by yelling/screaming and then finally hung up.
