I love how they start it off "this call may be monitored for training purposes." Then a real person gets on the line, and asks if I am the business owner. When I tell him that he doesn't keep an office here, he hangs up. First off, what could you possibly learn from that for training? Besides how not to do it. Even if I was the business owner, I would not be likely to do anything for a chump like that. Then you cant even reach them besides an automated system. I don't know how that fool lives in California, because he certainly shouldn't be paid for his "job."
