This number 805 309 9612 was identified through star 69. Have called repeatedly for 10 days with recorded message wanted to consolidate Visa payments or some such nonsense. Number belongs to WCA Subscriber Services. My presence on do not call list doesn't seem to bother them.

I have received at least 4 voicemails from "Julie" leaving a message for me (my name) asking to call her back - no company name or purpose for the call.
Because my name is so common I have had to fight when collection agencies put someone else's debt on my record so I finally called her.
It was just an automated voicemail asking you to leave a message. I did not. Still no company identification.
