This site is good, cause you can vent. How about creating a site as to where these suckass people live and how they do it.
A major step would be to find what company is providing them the service to make these calls, then file a lawsuite at the person doing the scam and the company that's providing the service.
Go after the company and maybe they will quit providing this type service to these assholes.

The idiot who answered the phone did not give me his name nor the name of his company, the big shot told me he was from the legal dept, I said of what company and he said BFG, i said, what does that stand for and he said it's an acronym, put in whatever you want. Real professional,doubtful if he got through high school. The call was about someone else and when I told him he didn't live here he said that there was a civil suit and that he would laugh at him when they took him to court.

When I answered the phone, the lady asked for me, I asked who was calling, without saying my name or confirmaing" she said the name "very quickly" and all I got was "credit bureau", then there was some clicking noises and I heard background noises, and the line went dead. I tried to call the number back, and received a message "This number is no longer in service"

We have been getting these calls at least 5-10 times every day. I finally answered and they said "Is this XXX's parents?" Youngish guy sounding all nice... until I said "what is this about?". He got very nasty and said he has never called before and it is about XXX (my daughter). I continued to ask what this was about, and he got SO nasty with me and hung up! I hope that means he'll take me off of whatever scam list they are working! Just wish I knew where they got our number and her name! Outrageous!
