We have been getting these calls at least 5-10 times every day. I finally answered and they said "Is this XXX's parents?" Youngish guy sounding all nice... until I said "what is this about?". He got very nasty and said he has never called before and it is about XXX (my daughter). I continued to ask what this was about, and he got SO nasty with me and hung up! I hope that means he'll take me off of whatever scam list they are working! Just wish I knew where they got our number and her name! Outrageous!

A major step would be to find what company is providing them the service to make these calls, then file a lawsuite at the person doing the scam and the company that's providing the service.

The idiot who answered the phone did not give me his name nor the name of his company, the big shot told me he was from the legal dept, I said of what company and he said BFG, i said, what does that stand for and he said it's an acronym, put in whatever you want. Real professional,doubtful if he got through high school. The call was about someone else and when I told him he didn't live here he said that there was a civil suit and that he would laugh at him when they took him to court.

He said in order for me to collect the money, I would have to pay a $478 holding fee because the money was issued Sep 3rd. He said to follow his instructions by going to walmart and I would get my winnings. I then told him this was a scam as I never entered a lottery and hung up on him. he tried to call back 3 times, but I ignored his call. He sounded middle-eastern and was very difficult to understand. he didn't give me his name, and I heard kids in the background.

Nothing was on the ID other than the number. When answered it tells you that the use of your ATM has been suspended due to suspicous use and to Press 1 to talk to an agent. Press 1 and it asks for your credit card number. This is a felony and probably from another country like the caymens.
