I got a call saying I had won some special offer but only if I switch to optus i think its a scam

this number has rang me at least 4 times per day for the last week. Each time i answer the call it's just silent - they hang up after 10 seconds. Each time i try to phone the number back it just rings out.

what can i do to stop this number from calling me?
