I AM A BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A BCBS MEMBER STATING THAT THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN CALLING HER CONSTANTLY AND IS HARRASSING HER. I DELIVERED A NOTE TO THE HIGHER-UPS, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH GOOD THAT WILL DO. IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM 164-525-7545, DO NOT ANSWER. CALL YOUR PHONE COMPANY AND HAVE IT BLOCKED. IT IS NOT BLUE CROS BLUE SHIELD.

Claim to be my health insurance company, but they clearly are not. They call at least three times a week. Personal barely speaks English and wants my personal information.
