Guy claimed I had been "downloading viruses", and when I called him a scam artist, he began cursing me, hardly what a microsoft call center would do even with the most irate customer. Complete scam.

Extortionist call in extremely poor broken English with very strong East Indian accent. Threatening that my computer is infected and sending THEM messages for help. Got MANY similar calls in the past. Just told them FUCK OFF!
