Was asking me about the application for a grant that i filled out. Told him i did not and he got rude and states "Are you kidding me!? and kept repeating it and i told him that these people keep calling and to keep from harrassing me. and hung up.

I didnt pay any attention to this call , they sound like from another country, South African , Nigerian etc..
