Scammer said that the government would like to give me $7000.00, no need to pay the money back. I told him that I didn't believe him and he said they would cancel my funds. Had a thick accent - maybe African?? not sure.

He called and said he was from Washington D.C. He told me how pretty my voice was and asked if he could pay for my time and "friendship". Needless to say it was very creepy. He has called my cell several times and I have never answered. He said he knew where I lived and he did.
