The automated voice is hard to understand, but it basically says there is an issue that one has to address immediately before legal action is taken and not to disregard the message. Obviously a scam; the CID says Washington, D.C. This kind of call is already recognized by the IRS to be a scam.

Received threatening call,saying that action would be taken by the IRS. Caller had a foreign accent (sounded Russian to me), and the phone connection was very poor. Seemed like a scam--don't like being intimidated by these cheaters!!!
