It is two people (a man and a lady) who answer the phone as the Internal Revenue Service. They target older immigrants. These two people also have another number: 866-978-6883. I have filed a complaint with the FCC, the California Attorney General's Office, and the real Internal Revenue Service. These two criminals do NOT work for the IRS.
