Indian guy doing IRS Scam.

some guy names steven wilison called me said they are from IRS, asked me if I got any mail or phone call from IRS, there's some issue he is going to talk with me.He has really heavy accent that seems from India, the background was very noise(I was like when IRS start to outsourcing from India?) When I said I"m gonna search this number online, he start to using threading words like: This is last time I m gonna say, if you hung up, you might face serious charge, the local police something something(due to his heavy accent, I can barely understand him). I don't believe one word that he said, but I wanna know what do they want, so I played alone. He asked me get pen and paper to write down something, unfortunately the call disconnected. I don't know it was me accidentally hung up with my face or he did it.
