If the IRS were going to sue you they wouldn't be using a robo call to inform you. They have real employees and real lawyers and they know how to use the US mail service.

I answered a call from this number just now, and I got a recording telling me that they have been trying to get ahold of me, and that the IRS is going to file a lawsuit against me. I'm on Disability and don't even have to file taxes, so that's bull. It left the phone number that it called from, to call for info. Not going to bother calling, its bogus.
