Left a message on my landline answering machine that they were from internal revenue service and this needed immediate attention. robotic voice on message. I called the number - very heavy accent - woman. The phone was a bad connection so after I was very frustrated saying "I can't understand you - the phone is cutting out>" She said she would call me back - and she did not. They said our taxes were filed wrong and we needed an attorney. Obvious strong Indian accent. NOT THE IRS.

Oh, and I would be prosecuted if I didn't return the call.
Obviously a scam.
