Got this call at 1:38PM today, let the answering machine answer since I know no one in Washington DC. This woman with very odd sound to the voice (possible recorded)claims to be an officer for the IRS and to call this number back and not to ignore this message. I read some where else that it's a Pakistan or India based IRS Scam.
