On Thursday @ 11:18am I received a recorded message "Officer Heather Gray from IRS and the hotline to my devision is 2025069906. I repeat it's 2025069906. Don't disregard this message and do return the call before we take any legal allegation against you. Goodbye and take care." It's a scam. I will be calling the cops!

I just called the number back after they continuously call. The phone rings and it is a magic jack number. Which means its a fake number that was created while using that application on a phone over the computer using Wi-Fi or regular internet. I have notified FTC about this as well.
