You don't get something for nothing in life and if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is.
Just a quick tip, it is illegal for any type of loan company or grants or student loans to ask for upfront money without even doing business with you first. do not ever send anything until you have read loan docs. even it is still illegal to ask for money for these type of services.
