Called me claiming to be an IRS officer. Caller initially left a threatening message, had a very thick accent. When I called back, the same individual who left me a message identified himself as an IRS officer but used a different name and denied calling previously. Claimed I was being charged with multiple felony tax law infractions. When I questioned him further (I'm former law enforcement, so he picked the wrong individual) he became very angry and threatened me with bodily harm amongst other lewd threats, then hung up on me when he heard my husband in the background. Have tried calling the IRS to report the incident but have been unable to get anyone on the line. Will e reporting to local police. Beware of this scammer!
