This is a scam. They called me and said they were from the IRS. He said his name was Fred Moses. These people have called before. His accent sounded so fake. I cannot place what country he's calling from. Since I am of Indian origin and I can speak Hindi, I let him have it this time. I cursed at him for so long and he didn't hang up since he knew what I was saying but he was pretending he could not understand me. Boy it was fun :) I'll curse at them again if they call one more time.
