Keeps calling leaves message that fraudulent charges are being filed against me in my county. I know for a fact that I should have no charges against me for anything.

They call me from at least 6 different numbers so far. I block them . I also forward them to my Attorney Generals Office. Let them answer it. This is the first time I called them back. Used a lot of swear words and vulgar descriptions. Hung up. They will call me back just to spite me. Or swear back at me. Some folks will get nervous and give them what they want. If you give them any info they will steal your identity. Do not give them your SS #. There is no mention of who is actually calling. As in Police Department. Local court. No one is going to call you "before" they send you a summons. They will send it. This is not a debt collection agency. There is no fraud on your part. The elderly will fall for it. And they know it. Having said that I am 71 years old.

The message says that 2 Fraudulent charges are being filed against me. I know its a scam because I don't owe anyone and I haven't done anything fraudulent. I already know they just want your personal info.
