Called personal cell phone on Feb 5. Only rang 1 time, then the call ended (as a missed call.) Probably trying to entice callers into returning a missed call at a chargeable number rather than actually wanting to speak with those on the call list. Although the (202) area code links to Washington, DC... so not sure.
