Same here told.them no one is going to call and give anyone a heads up about a summons. She got real nasty told her to go pound salt up.... she hung up. Two minutes later another call different person sounds like there in a large room heard a lot of people talking

They said that I would be receiving a summons if I didn't pay by Monday, when I ask about information on this debt they said they are under no obligation to give this out and that they were not a collection agency, but a pre trial agency to help settle a debt before I get a summons at either my place of work or at home.
