They are claiming to be the IRS. The IRS will never call you to do this. They always will send you information through the mail.

They are claiming to be the IRS, stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you and that you need to immediately call 206-204-5023. I called not because I believed them but to tell them to stop calling. When I insisted on knowing the persons name I was talking to and exactly what the reason for their call was, they hung up. I called back only to repeatedly get a dial tone.
