This robo caller left a msg on my machine stating that this was officially my final notice from the IRS that they were filing a lawsuit.

Received a call on my land line saying that the
IRS going to file a lawsuit against me.
I couldn't hear for all the noise in the background.
then he asked me what phone I was calling from so he could pull the information UP.
I then ask what was the his name, his position in this company. No Answer.
Calling the police now he hung. I called back no
answer.
