Ditto- just received the same thing. I wasn't concerned because the IRS doesn't call you... They send a letter or just garnish you bank account! Lol. Feel sorry for those that give their bank account info to these foreign thieves! Oh, and don't worry about getting that 5 million from Nigeria because they are wiring ME that money ;-) . Lol.

Received a voice mail directing me to call this number. Said it was IRS and that Internal Revenue Service had filed a lawsuit against me and that I should call the 206-855-5827 to get more information. The caller id for the originating call was 845-193-8644- obviously a spoofed number. I'll admit it did get me concerned for all of a few seconds, but a quick Google search revealed that it was a scam. So, yes I will pay that bill as soon as my money comes in from Nigeria.
