Showed up as "Irene Hayward" on my caller ID. Was an indian man claiming someone hacked my computer. When I questioned who he was he said "internet security tech" and after more questioning insisted he was from Microsoft and the name on the caller ID was because he was calling from the internet directly. When I told him I would call Microsoft directly, he hung up.

After five calls over several days I picked up. My experience was exactly the same as Zombie except no name appeared on caller ID. He told me that my computer had been hacked, when I asked him how he knew that he couldn't give me a intelligent response. He called my cell. Wanted me to go to my computer and follow his instruction on how to fix my computer. Right!
