Claimed he was an IRS agent undertaking a criminal investigation into tax fraud. Gave me a bogus badge number and a bogus name for his supervisor, but refused to provide a number for identity verification. Heavy indian accent. Didn't know that the central office for agent coordination is in New Carrollton.
