They are offering "federal grants" of $6700 that you don't have to pay back. I said this sounds like a scam. I advised the caller that the number is on the do not call list and that I'm going to report them to the FCC. The caller instantly started swearing at me and hung up.

Got a call from this number a week or so ago. Caller ID comes up as Maggie Esparza, but it was a guy talking to me. He asked for me by name and said he was calling about a $700 grant. I told him, rudely, that I wasn't in school and don't plan to ever. He said it could be used for bills, car, family, vacation.. He did keep repeating stuff about family. I asked who was offering the grant and he told me "The U.S. Government in Washington DC". I stated that if the government was calling, the caller ID would reflect that and it sure wouldn't be a personal cell phone in Texas. I then told him to fuck off and to never call me again. Haven't heard from him since..
