This caller left a message stating that I was the subject of an IRS debt. And if I did not call back, I would be solely responsible for the IRS debt. IRS has never sent me anything. The caller had a heavy Indian accent and by the end of the message he said, "Good luck and God bless." I tried the number back a few times and it rang busy,
