A foreigner called and said she was calling from the Veterans Administration Tricare. Wanted to verify my name address etc. She said they were verifying to send by mail information regarding ? I told he to just send me the information. She said due to HEPA Regulations this could not be done. I told her due to HEPA I could not give her more information and to just send me the data. She hung up.
