This (Asian or Indian accented) person has repeatedly called, and when you try to speak to him he talks over you. He is irrational, refuses to provide any factual information or a valid phone number, and has been told repeatedly that he is harassing us. There is considerable background noise, which sounds artificailly generated. The numbers 801-532-2038, 212-400-9965, and 704-969-0433 have been reported to Salt Lake Police Dept. (Feb 17 2012)
