Randy from Forte Bank called asking for the owner of our company. When he was put to a voice mail he proceeded to call back over 12 times in 10 minutes and leave 3 hang up voice mails. When I called back he was very rude and proceeded to try putting me on hold for a long period of time because I asked for his manager. Finally I spoke to the manager about Randy's harassment and he said it would be handled and our company would not be contacted again.

After I ask them how they obtained our #’s they proceeded to became unruly on the phone followed by threats.
I immediately hung up and now we are in contact with Security.
