Recording said press 1 to lower the .int. rate on my credit card. So I pressed 1- I DON'T OWN A CREDIT CARD!!! Was connected to a person & accidentally hung up on them. Tried to call # back but got busy signal everytime. Fearing someone had a card in my name, I searched #. Fund shout thru this site it had a .bs call & not identity theft
