The guy had called numerous times telling me he was from Microsoft. He used a different NY number which I blocked after telling him I reported him to the FCC. Now he is harassing me personally.

I did not answer; I did not call. New York area code. I see it's a scam that is claiming you've got a pblm with your own computer and they'll help you fix it. DON'T EVEN TALK TO THESE IDIOTS.

Says my pc is sending out error and virus messages, so they want remote access to my pc in order to fix it. This is a scam, do not follow their instructions, they will infect your computer and take control of your information.
